Flag football camp with the focus on fundamentals of throwing, catching, and defensive skills through gameplay. Each camper will receive a Millbrook football t-shirt and have an opportunity to work with Millbrook football coaches and players. 

Boys and girls of all skill levels are welcome from any school. We will provide water but feel free to bring your own drinks. Cleats are optional. We plan to be outside the entire time so prepare your camper with sunscreen. Please arrive at least 15-mins before the start of camp each day. Campers will participate in water relays to stay cool during warm weather days. Days will end with flag football games.
